Surface washing by pressure 100 – 1 000 bars (10.100 Mpa). Abrasive blasting with a productivity of 1 000 m² per day (hull treatment). Using all types of abrasive for all kind of support ferrous, mineral, copper slag, coal slag,glass … Vacuum blasting for deck and dustless technology. Hydroblasting (water jetting) ultra high pressure water cleaning up to 3 000 bars (300Mpa). ü Protective coating: all kind of product can be applied in our shipyard by:

ü Quality control – all the treatments are subject to: Daily report and state report Bar chart planning Condition control: temperature dry and wet, support temperature, paint calculation. Thickness control: wet and dry, as well as consumption control. All this information are communicated by the Quality Manager of the paint department each day during the daily meeting at the same time than the weather condition report for the next 7 days. After the completion of the paint works the Owner representative receives a full report with all the details of the works including a step by step photo report. |
